Matt Harris is well accomplished in the automotive industry with over 22 years' experience in technical roles for companies like Honda and Mercedes. He has been Head of IT for the Team since 2009, and has been in Formula One since 1996. His passion for motor sports and his unique technical qualifications have lead him to be a part of six Formula One World Constructors' Championship titles, including 'The Quintuple' from 2014 – 2018. Matt firmly believes that technology is critical for motor sports success.
Matt also has an interest in sports outside of motor racing, serving as an FA qualified football coach. When he's not on the track, Matt enjoys golfing, skiing, cycling, managing a local under 13s football team, supporting Oxford United Football Club, and playing sport with his two boys.
Michelle Kannapel is currently the Director of Business Intelligence & Financial Analytics at Norton Healthcare and is credited with championing Norton Healthcare's implementation & utilization of Analytics Explorer (TIBCO Spotfire). Michelle began her career more than 15 years ago and has served in numerous roles within healthcare decision support, strategy, and analytics for two large multi-entity healthcare organizations in Kentucky. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky as well as a Masters of Business Administration degree from Morehead State. Along with creating a unified business intelligence solution that supports the decision making and strategy of the leadership team, her team leads data and cost governance, profitability analytics, and is closely aligned with performance improvement and clinical effectiveness teams throughout Norton Healthcare.
Troy Ruths received his BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a PhD in Computer Science with a specialization in Computational Biology, from Rice University. He has over 12 years of experience in data analysis of oil and gas applications and has managed the development and deployment of upstream-focused data analysis and visualization tools in 6 countries, representing shale plays, conventional oil, heavy oil, onshore, and deep water. He founded Petro.ai in 2013 as a conversion from his independent consulting practice to scale the use of analytics in oil and gas through modern software.
Johan Krebbers is VP IT Innovation and GM Emerging Digital Technologies for Shell and in these roles, he is accountable for defining and driving the future IT strategy for Shell and spotting new Digital technologies. As part of these roles, he maintains an active link with external parties and in particular startups.
Johan is based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Before this role he, for example, has been the VP Architecture for Shell, where he created and developed the global architecture practice across Shell.
Before these roles Johan has executed many different IT roles in Shell across multiple locations.
Michael O'Connell, chief analytics officer at TIBCO Software, leads the TIBCO Data Science Team that drives AI/ML innovation in TIBCO products and technology solutions. His work includes AI-driven suggestions and AutoML systems and solutions combining TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud analytics, data management, and interconnect products. Michael did his Ph.D. work in Statistics at North Carolina State University and is adjunct professor, statistics in the department.
Matt Quinn manages TIBCO's day-to-day operations and is instrumental in the growth and development of TIBCO's products and technologies, including the TIBCO Connected Intelligence Cloud. Formerly serving in executive roles including Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President, Products and Technology, Matt has spent more than 20 years with TIBCO leading large-scale transformations to organizational structure and product strategy. He received his BA in Computer Science and Masters of Applied Science Information Technology from RMIT University Melbourne.
